Yazmin De La Mora
Yazmin was born in Acapulco Guerrero, a beach town where she was surrounded by a culinary culture provided by her mother’s love of good food and by her father who owned several restaurants.
She began her education in the United States, Europe, and Mexico, subsequently; she completed her education in Switzerland at the prestigious “Centre International de Glion”. She has obtained several certificates in finances at Tecnologico de Monterrey Institute as well as professional quality management certificates at the Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico. She has also obtained other certificates in hotel, restaurant, and banquet management.
She has a professional Certification as a Wedding Specialist from Weddings Beautiful Worldwide and has a Wedding Planner degree at Anahuac University. She has also received a degree as South Asian wedding specialist from South Asian Wedding Institute and various other Diplomas and Certifications in the Wedding / Events industry like The Floral Experience by Karen Tran, Inspire Smart Success, Green Weddings, Love Mexico and Weddings & Events.
During the course of her career she has worked at renowned international Banquet companies and hotel chains such as Hyatt, Jolly Hotels, Westin, Ambrosia, Mandarin Oriental, Camino Real, Crown Plaza, Barcelo, and Grupo Mayan. This experience qualifies her as an individual with great experience and love for her career.
In 2003, Yazmin married Arwed Lentz, founder of Asociacion de Coordinadores Independientes de Bodas y Eventos Profesionales ACIBEP (Association of Independent Wedding and Event Planners). In 2007 Yazmin and Arwed have consolidated Yazmin De la Mora Dream Management as the leader event planning and coordination company in the Mayan Riviera; a company based on values, optimism and the willingness to provide service. This professional outlook is responsible seeks to fully satisfy its clients through a seamless coordination and planning of banquets, weddings, end events.
Their company has more than 26 years experience and has coordinated more than 1000 weddings and events, therefore they have acquired a savoir-faire and innovation that characterizes them. They have also created a dynamic team with enough creativity and imagination allowing for the kind personalized of events that become unforgettable to guests.

Melany was born in Mexico City, as a child she was taken to the city of Puebla where she grew up with her family.
Melany has received a degree as a Wedding Planner from the Anahuac University and graduated as a Marketing Specialist at the The Instituto Politecnico Nacional, IPN and has also specialized in business relations. She has taken courses in Consumer Psychology, Strategic Communication, and Neuro Marketing at Universidad Madero Puebla, UMAD and at Tecnologico de Monterrey Institute.
Despite her short professional career, she possesses skills in Strategic Planning, Result Evaluation, Digital Marketing Strategies, Social Media, Consumer Relationship Management CRM and sales. Now as part of YD Dream Management she is in charge of designing marketing campaigns that not only underscore the company’s expertise while consolidating its position in the market as a solid organization, but also campaigns that emphasize on the company’s passion and dedication to details.
Melany Monroy / Wedding and Event Planner
Alejandra was born in the central part of Mexico, she has a Bachelors degree in Public Relations; with experience in project management along with working experience at Hoteles Karisma Azul Fives and Instituto Mexicano de la Juventud. She has strong skills in Customer Service, Staff Supervision, and logistics. Her skills allowed her to obtain her Wedding Planner degree at Anahuac University in Cancun.
She has specialized in Wedding Ambient Décor; her creativity and good taste have played a great role in guiding our couples through the process of creating an unforgettable soiree.
